They are currently hiring three (3) Digital Designer to join their growing team.

📍Work Setup:  Work from Home

🎓 Preferred Background

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or an equivalent area of study.

Role Overview:

  • Digital Content Creation: Design and develop engaging digital assets (websites, email campaigns, graphics, online ads, etc.).
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all visual content complies with brand guidelines for consistency across platforms.
  • Team Collaboration: Partner with marketing to understand project needs and align visuals with campaign strategy.
  • Wireframes & Prototypes: Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes focusing on seamless user experience.
  • Responsive Design: Optimize designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices for quality and responsiveness.
  • Graphic Design: Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and visuals to support content.
  • UX Collaboration: Work with UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces.
  • Testing & Refinement: Conduct usability testing and apply feedback for design improvement.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay updated on design trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Project Coordination: Manage multiple design tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality results.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Present and revise design ideas based on stakeholder input.
  • Asset Organization: Maintain organized files and design assets for easy collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure outputs meet specifications and are delivered on schedule.
  • Developer Collaboration: Work with developers to provide assets/specifications for functional, aligned designs.

Eligibility Criteria:

• A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in digital design or a similar role
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous digital work
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD)
• Familiar with web design tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage
• Excellent eye for detail and visual aesthetics
• Effective communication and strong collaboration skills
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced work environment
